No Service Guarantee

We make NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, regarding the quality, timeliness, or performance of any services provided by third-party contractors. We do not guarantee, endorse, or promote any specific contractor or service provider. All service agreements are solely between the consumer and the contractor.

Complete Limitation of Liability

Under Texas Business and Commerce Code and applicable state laws, Montgomery Water Damage Pros shall have NO LIABILITY for:

Quality of work performed by contractors

• Property damage caused by contractors
• Delays, cancellations, or no-shows by contractors
• Pricing disputes between consumers and contractors
• Insurance claims or coverage issues
• Personal injury or property damage of any kind
• Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
• Independent Contractor Relationship

All service providers in our network are INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Montgomery Water Damage Pros. Each contractor is responsible for their own licensing, insurance, bonding, and compliance with local regulations.
